SANCTUARY Make 1986 Demo Version Of \u2018Soldiers Of Steel\u2019 Track Available For Streaming<\/strong><\/span>

\nSeattle, Washington-based metal group Sanctuary have made the 1986 demo version of \u2018Soldiers Of Steel\u2019 track available for streaming through YouTube, which can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Sanctuary issued compilation album Inception<\/em> on February 24th, 2017 through Century Media Records.<\/p>\n

The third in a series of \u2018Inside Inception\u2019 video trailers for the effort can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

The set acts as an official prequel to 1988 debut Refuge Denied<\/em>, and consists of presumed lost 1986 studio recordings. Specifically, sessions took place in March 1986 at Triad Studios in Redmond, Washington and Studio One in White Center between April and July 1986. The aforementioned recordings were discovered by guitarist Lenny Rutledge in his barn; the masters were in an unknown box, full of water. The analogue recordings were digitally transferred, and subsequently remixed and remastered by Chris \u201cZeuss\u201d Harris.<\/p>\n

Cover artwork duties fell to Ed Repka, and contains images of rare photographs, flyers, early art designs, sketches and detailed liner notes with regards to Sanctuary’s history.<\/p>\n

The effort was made available as a gatefold LP on 180-gram black and limited coloured vinyl, including an LP-size booklet, poster, and the album on CD. In addition, Inception<\/em> was made available as a special edition CD digipack and digital album.<\/p>\n
