The original music video for the song can be viewed below.<\/p>\n<p>According to Body Count frontman Ice-T, the track\u2019s message is more relevant than ever as he stated in the music video intro, \u201c&#8230;when I say \u2018Black Lives Matter\u2019 and you say \u2018All Lives Matter\u2019, that\u2019s like if I was to say \u2018Gay Lives Matter\u2019 and you say \u2018All Lives Matter\u2019. If I said, \u2018Women\u2019s Lives Matter\u2019 and you say \u2018All Lives Matter\u2019, you\u2019re diluting what I&#8217;m saying. You\u2019re diluting the issue. The issue isn\u2019t about everybody, it\u2019s about black lives, at the moment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Century Media Records Director Philipp Schulte added: \u201cAs a company we felt it was necessary to release this single as a way to actively participate in the change that is needed to combat police brutality and racism. It is a first step in doing our part to inspire unity and transformation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Body Count issued sixth full-length studio album <em>Bloodlust<\/em> on March 31st, 2017 through Century Media Records.<\/p>\n<p>As was the case with previous effort <em>Manslaughter<\/em>, the outing was produced by Will Putney.
