Athens, Greece-based symphonic death metal group Septicflesh issued tenth full-length studio album Codex Omega<\/em> on September 1st, 2017 through Season Of Mist (excluding North America). Prosthetic Records scheduled North American release for the same day.<\/p>\n

Codex Omega<\/em> can be streamed in its entirety via the YouTube link below.<\/p>\n

The outing was produced by Jens Bogren and the band, with Bogren also responsible for mixing and mastering at Fascination Street Studios in \u00d6rebro, Sweden.<\/p>\n

Codex Omega<\/em> marks the first Septicflesh album to be recorded with drummer Kerim \u201cKrimh\u201d Lechner (ex-Decapitated), whose appointment was confirmed on December 15th, 2014. Lechner replaced Fotis Benardo, whose departure had been revealed seven days prior.<\/p>\n

The cover artwork was created by frontman Seth Siro Anton.<\/p>\n

In addition, official lyric videos were created for the tracks \u20183rd Testament (Codex Omega)\u2019 and \u2018Enemy Of Truth\u2019. All five clips can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Ninth studio record Titan<\/em> was released in June 2014.<\/p>\n
