DORO Issues \u2018Earthshaker Rock\u2019 Performance Clip From \u2018Strong And Proud\u2019 Live DVD<\/strong><\/span>

\nD\u00fcsseldorf, Germany-based metal vocalist Doro Pesch issues live DVD set Strong And Proud – 30 Years Of Rock And Metal<\/em> on June 24th, 2016 through Nuclear Blast Records.<\/p>\n

Performance footage of the track \u2018Earthshaker Rock\u2019, recorded at the 2013 Wacken Open Air festival, can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

The outing consists of live performances recorded at the Wacken Open Air festival in Germany on August 2nd, 2013 and two sold-out anniversary shows on May 2nd \/ 3rd, 2014 at CCD Stadthalle in Doro\u2019s hometown of D\u00fcsseldorf.<\/p>\n

Containing 38 songs in total, including Doro classics, old Warlock hits and cover versions of songs such as \u2018Fear Of The Dark\u2019 (Iron Maiden) and \u2018Balls To The Wall\u2019 (Accept), the set features guest appearances from the likes of Phil Campbell (Mot\u00f6rhead), Biff Byford (Saxon), Chris Caffery (Savatage), Blaze Bayley (ex-Iron Maiden), Joakim Brod\u00e9n (Sabaton), Hansi K\u00fcrsch (Blind Guardian), Udo Dirkschneider (ex-Accept), Sabina Classen (Holy Moses), Uli Jon Roth, Lordi and more.<\/p>\n

Doro commented. \u201cWe spent endless hours, days and nights working on the DVD, because we wanted to present a real highlight for all rock and metal fans for the 30th anniversary. We took care of every detail. It began already with the bombastic stage in Wacken, we worked one year on its design. In D\u00fcsseldorf, we even celebrated two nights in a row. One \u2018Classic Night\u2019 with a 40-piece orchestra and one balls-to-the-wall rock show on the second evening. It continued subsequently nonstop \u2013 with an anniversary tour, which led us to Russia, South America and my second home, the USA, among others.\u201d<\/p>\n
