Koblenz, Germany-based black \/ thrash metal band Desaster issued eighth full-length studio album The Oath Of An Iron Ritual<\/em> on April 8th, 2016 through Metal Blade Records.<\/p>\n

The outing can be streamed in its entirety through SoundCloud below.<\/p>\n

The Oath Of An Iron Ritual<\/em> was recorded between October 2nd and 7th, 2015 at Desaster\u2019s own studio in Koblenz, while mixing and mastering duties fell to Patrick W. Engel at Temple Of Disharmony.<\/p>\n

The album\u2019s cover artwork features an 1841 painting by John Martin, entitled \u2018Pandaemonium\u2019, which was inspired by John Milton\u2019s 1667 poem \u2018Paradise Lost\u2019.<\/p>\n
