However, for a title track \u2018Rabies In Town\u2019 is pretty appalling, although quite comical; a song all about biting ladies in the arse (sure to have Dave Reynolds frothing at the mouth!).<\/p>\n<p>The closing cut on side one sees Underdog doing an Anthrax and taking a song out of the Alice Cooper songbook, though their version of \u2018Under My Wheels\u2019 is not a patch on the original.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Rock It On\u2019 opens side two and is only really an average rocker. The same can be said of the Quiet Riot sounding \u2018Hey You (I\u2019m Gonna Tear You Down)\u2019, \u2018Goodbye Blue Sky\u2019 and \u2018We Like Rock\u2019n\u2019Roll\u2019. \u2018Too Late To Escape\u2019 though is a different kettle of fish; a hard driving slice of metal sure to have the listener shaking violently from beginning to end.<\/p>\n<p>Not a classic album by any means, but <em>Rabies In Town<\/em> is a good effort and well worth getting hold of.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bernard Doe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Review taken from Metal Forces, Issue 4 (1984)<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UNDERDOGRabies In Town Mausoleum (1984)Rating: 7\/10 This is the follow-up to the German band\u2019s self-titled debut album of last year, and quite an improvement it is too.
