Oslo, Norway-based progressive metal group Circus Maximus issued fourth full-length studio album Havoc<\/em> on March 18th, 2016 through Frontiers Music Srl.<\/p>\n

The outing was produced by guitarist Mats Haugen.<\/p>\n
