German \/ US thrash metal group Exumer issued fourth full-length studio album The Raging Tides<\/em> on January 29th, 2016 through Metal Blade Records.<\/p>\n

The outing was recorded with producer \/ engineer Waldemar Sorychta at Waldstreet Sound in Dortmund, Germany. Conceptually and lyrically, The Raging Tides<\/em> is largely based around human suffering.<\/p>\n

Performing bonus track duties is a cover rendition of \u2018Forever My Queen\u2019. Written by Pentagram, its original version appeared on July 1999\u2019s Review Your Choices<\/em>. <\/p>\n

Concluding the pair of bonus tracks is a cover interpretation of \u2018Hostage To Heaven\u2019. Written by Grip Inc., its original version appeared on March 1995\u2019s Power Of Inner Strength<\/em>. Guesting on the aforementioned track is former Grip Inc. \/ ex-Despair guitarist and The Raging Tides<\/em> producer Waldemar Sorychta, ex-Exodus \/ Generation Kill vocalist Rob Dukes, and Sodom \/ ex-Despair drummer Markus Freiwald.<\/p>\n
