Gothenburg, Sweden-based melodic metal band Amaranthe issued fourth full-length studio album Maximalism<\/em> on October 21st, 2016 through Spinefarm Records.<\/p>\n

Guitarist Olof M\u00f6rck commented: \u201cMaximalism<\/em> is our manifesto to the world! We are genuinely thrilled with the new material, definitely our most diverse collection to date; our trademark \u2018bleeding edge\u2019 modern metal remains intact, of course, but fused with an even broader range of genres than before. There\u2019s everything here including stadium rock, innovative pop and danceable super-hits. Expect these tunes to enter your mind on a permanent basis!\u201d<\/p>\n

Guitars, bass and drums were recorded at Top Floor Studios in Gothenburg with producer \/ engineer Jakob Herrman between April 18th and May 11th, 2016, while vocal recordings and mixing took place in late June at Hansen Studios in Ribe, Denmark with Jacob Hansen.<\/p>\n

Music videos were filmed for the tracks \u2018That Song\u2019, \u2018Boomerang\u2019 and \u2018Maximize\u2019, which can be viewed below. In addition, an official lyric video was also created for the song \u2018Boomerang\u2019.<\/p>\n

Third studio record Massive Addictive<\/em> was released in October 2014.<\/p>\n
