BLITZKRIEG To Release Re-Recorded Version Of Debut Album \u2018A Time Of Changes\u2019<\/strong><\/span>

\nNewcastle, England-based NWOBHM group Blitzkrieg issue a re-recorded version of debut full-length studio album A Time Of Changes<\/em> on November 2nd, 2015 in Europe through Metal Nation Records. Spiritual Beast has scheduled Japanese release, while various labels will handle South American release. A vinyl version will be released through High Roller Records.<\/p>\n

The outing was released in its original form in 1985 through Neat Records. Due to Neat Records’ catalogue having been sold and resold through the years, the original version is considered lost in the vaults and may never undergo reissue. Therefore, the 2015 line-up of Blitzkrieg opted to re-record the album in its entirety as well as include two bonus tracks.<\/p>\n

\u2018Too Wild To Tame\u2019 was originally considered for inclusion on the original LP, but was omitted due to the time restrictions of vinyl. The track would eventually be recorded by Neat Records stablemate Avenger. The last track to be written by vocalist Brian Ross (Satan) and guitarist Jim Sirotto, second bonus track \u2018Jealous Love\u2019 had never been released. Satan guitarists Russ Tippins and Steve Ramsay guest on the track \u2018Pull The Trigger\u2019, meanwhile.<\/p>\n

Cover artwork duties fell to Ivan Chacon, the re-recorded version featuring a 12-page booklet with sleeve notes by Brian Ross, lyrics, and photos from the past and present line-up.<\/p>\n
