\nMetal Allegiance \u2013 an all-star metal group conceived by Mark Menghi \u2013 issued their self-titled debut full-length studio album on September 18th, 2015 through Nuclear Blast Entertainment.<\/p>\n

The outing\u2019s original material was authored by Megadeth bassist David Ellefson, erstwhile Dream Theater drummer Mike Portnoy (also of The Winery Dogs, among others), and Testament guitarist Alex Skolnick, alongside Menghi.<\/p>\n

A digipak CD edition of the outing featured a cover interpretation of the Dio track \u2018We Rock\u2019 as well as a 45-minute behind-the-scenes documentary chronicling the making of the album. Metal Allegiance<\/em>\u2019s double-vinyl version also included the Dio cover.<\/p>\n
