SAXON Release 21st Studio Album \u2018Battering Ram\u2019<\/strong><\/span>

\nYorkshire, England-based metal group Saxon issued 21st full-length studio album Battering Ram<\/em> on October 16th, 2015 through UDR Music.<\/p>\n

The track \u2018The Devil\u2019s Footprint\u2019 recounts a tale from the 1600s, while fellow track \u2018Tax \u2018Till You Drop\u2019 looks at a different kind of evil. Somewhat Alice In Wonderland<\/em>-esque, another composition was titled \u2018Queen Of Hearts\u2019.<\/p>\n

The outing was produced by Andy Sneap at Backstage Studios in Derbyshire, England, once again.<\/p>\n

Various formats Battering Ram<\/em> was made available in include CD in ecolbook, 180-gram vinyl, limited edition boxset (containing a CD, a vinyl and a bonus CD with the band performance of their Denim & Leather tour Saxon Over Sweden 2011, featuring 18 tracks).<\/p>\n

A music video was filmed for the title track. In addition, an official lyric video was created for the song \u2018Queen Of Hearts\u2019.<\/p>\n

20th studio record Sacrifice<\/em><\/a> was released in March 2013.<\/p>\n
