I am sure he will have a new project going soon and we wish him the best of luck with it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cascallar performed on seventh full-length studio album <em>Akelarre<\/em>, issued in August 2011. <\/p>\n<p>Sergio Klein \u2013 of Berlin, Germany-based thrash metal ensemble The Outside \u2013 was appointed as his replacement. Of Klein, Reisenegger shared the following: \u201cSergio\u2019s playing is absolutely phenomenal. I haven\u2019t heard such aggressive-yet-melodic-and-clear leads in a long time. He grew up listening to Criminal so he understands 100 precent what the band is about, and I can\u2019t deny that having another Chilean in the band again feels awesome. The new songs are coming out great; the creative venoms are really flowing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Klein had the following to say, meanwhile: \u201cTo say that I\u2019m happy to play in Criminal is an understatement. This is a band I\u2019ve been a fan of since I was 14; I even have some autographs! I\u2019ve played with the records since I started to play guitar, but what gets me more excited than anything is the really inspired work we achieve when we meet and write music together.
