Lahti, Finland-based folk metal group Korpiklaani issued ninth full-length studio album Noita<\/em> on May 1st, 2015 in Europe (excluding the United Kingdom) through Nuclear Blast Records. The label scheduled UK release for the 4th, with North American release taking place on the 5th.<\/p>\n

The outing was cut at Petrax Studio, with Aksu Hanttu handling production, recording and mixing duties once again. Cover artwork responsibilities fell to Jan Yrlund.<\/p>\n

Noita<\/em> was the first Korpiklaani platter to feature accordion player Sami Perttula, who is credited with having taken a very active role in the folk arrangements alongside violinist Tuomas Rounakari.<\/p>\n

Music videos were filmed for the tracks \u2018Pilli On Pajusta Tehty\u2019 and \u2018\u00c4mm\u00e4nhauta\u2019, and an animated parody music video was created for the track \u2018A Man With A Plan\u2019, which can all be viewed below. In addition, an official lyric video was released for the song \u2018Lempo\u2019. <\/p>\n

Eighth studio record Manala<\/em> was released in August 2012.<\/p>\n
