Writing, arranging, and recording took more than a decade in all. All of Ego Svm Satana<\/em>\u2019s tracks were recording in June 2012. Early mixes were undertaken by guitarist Beleth, but mixing was slow given the fact the mixes were undertaken at almost 4,000 metres high on the highlands of Peru, and so the band couldn\u2019t get together enough time to properly mix the effort. Engineer Arthur Rizk contacted Goat Semen in early 2014, offering to mix the outing at a studio in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mixing took roughly six weeks in all. <\/p>\n
