Nuclear Blast Records scheduled North American release for the 8th.<\/p>\n<p>The outing was cut with producer \/ engineer Robert Rebeck at Chapman Recording in Lenexa, Kansas, with mixing and mastering duties falling to Colin Marston at Menegroth \u2013 The Thousand Caves.
