EPICA Issue Performance Video For \u2018The Essence Of Silence\u2019 Track<\/strong><\/span>

\nDutch female-fronted symphonic metal group Epica have filmed a performance video for the track \u2018The Essence Of Silence\u2019. Filmed during 2015 at the band\u2019s concert at the Ancienne Beligique in Brussels, Belgium and shot and edited by Jens De Vos and his team at Panda Productions, the clip can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Epica issued sixth studio full-length album The Quantum Enigma<\/em> on May 2nd, 2014 in Europe through Nuclear Blast Records. The label also scheduled North American release for the 13th.<\/p>\n

Production duties were handled by Joost Van Den Broek (keyboardist, ex-After Forever \/ ex-Ayreon) at the Sandlane recording facilities in the Netherlands. Cover artwork responsibilities fell to Stefan Heilemann.<\/p>\n

The Quantum Enigma<\/em> was released in jewelcase format, as a two-disc digipack, as a three-disc earbook, as a double vinyl, and as a digital download.<\/p>\n

An official lyric video was released for the song \u2018The Essence Of Silence\u2019. Epica performed an album release concert on April 30th at 013 in Tilburg, The Netherlands. <\/p>\n

In its first week of release, The Quantum Enigma<\/em> sold roughly 3,700 copies in the United States, landing at position 110 on the Billboard 200. <\/p>\n

Fifth studio record Requiem For The Indifferent<\/em> was released in March 2012.<\/p>\n
