PRIMAL FEAR Release Tenth Studio Album \u2018Delivering The Black\u2019<\/strong><\/span>

German power metal group Primal Fear issued tenth full-length studio album Delivering The Black<\/em> on January 24th, 2014 in Europe through Frontiers Music Srl. The label also scheduled North American release for January 28th.<\/p>\n

Primal Fear began recording sessions in the summer of 2013 at the House Of Music studios in Germany, with bassist Mat Sinner handling production duties, and Achim K\u00f6hler acting as engineer. The ensemble subsequently moved to Denmark in September 2013 to finish the effort, Jacob Hansen overseeing the mix at his Hansen studio in Ribe.<\/p>\n

Leaves Eyes\u2019 vocalist Liv Kristine supplied backing vocals to the ballad \u2018Born With A Broken Heart\u2019.<\/p>\n

Primal Fear vocalist Ralf Scheepers issued the following statement: \u201cWe worked hard to create our best album ever. I already felt the vibe during the pre-production that we were working on something very special this time. And now the result is just an amazing metal album I\u2019m extremely proud of!\u201d<\/p>\n

Bassist Mat Sinner, meanwhile, shared the following words: \u201cThe songs, the production, the sound \u2013 this album is a very special one for me and my career. In my view, everybody in the band just did a killer job and Jacob was fantastic choice to mix the album!\u201d<\/p>\n

Delivering The Black<\/em> was made available in CD format, in deluxe edition format with two bonus tracks and \u2013 in cooperation with Soulfood Music \u2013 vinyl edition and DVD and limited edition (limited to 666 copies) of a super-deluxe version, including a metallic eagle.<\/p>\n
