No&#8230; I am not going to leave Converge. I thought it would be fun to play with the guys who wrote some of my favourite metal records. That&#8217;s all&#8230; No big story here other than it\u2019s pretty awesome when people whose music you\u2019ve admired for years ask you to be a part of it with them. I\u2019m honoured!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Johny Chow, who had toured and recorded with Cavalera Conspiracy for several years, joined Stone Sour in 2012 as its touring bassist. Soulfly\u2019s Tony Campos (ex-Static-X) occupied bass during Cavalera Conspiracy\u2019s tour of South America and Mexico.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in December 2013, Cavalera Conspiracy inked a record contract with Napalm Records.
