SAXON To Release Nine-LP Box Set ‘Eagles And Dragons’ In March

Yorkshire, England-based metal group Saxon issue nine-LP box set Eagles And Dragons on March 18th, 2016 through Demon Records.

The nine-LP collection features the group’s studio albums spanning the period 1991-2009. The albums are pressed on 180-gram vinyl and include inner sleeves boasting all of the lyrics, while the hand-numbered outer slipcase box features cover artwork designed by Saxon artist-in-residence Paul Gregory. In addition, 500 copies with a frameable print of the cover signed by Saxon frontman Biff Byford will be available exclusively from Demon’s D2C store.

Saxon formed in 1976, releasing debut full-length studio record Saxon in May 1979.

21st studio record Battering Ram was released in October 2015.
