PESTILENCE Release Bass Playthrough Video For ‘Immortvos’ Track

Enschede, Netherlands-based progressive death metal band Pestilence have released an official bass playthrough video for the track ‘Immortvos’. Featuring bassist Joost van der Graaf, the clip can be viewed below.

Pestilence issued ninth full-length studio album Exitivm on June 25th, 2021 through Agonia Records.

The album can be streamed in its entirety via YouTube below.

Exitivm was recorded between June and August 2020 at Pitch Note Productions in the Netherlands, with the exception of the drums which were tracked by drummer Michiel van der Plicht at his own home studio. The album was co-produced by Pestilence mainman Patrick Mameli and Jory Hogeveen, with Hogeveen also handling mixing and mastering duties.

Cover artwork was once again created by Polish graphic designer Michal “Xaay” Loranc.

Pestilence’s line-up was as follows:

Patrick Mameli (vocals and guitar, Neuromorph)
Rutger van Noordenburg (guitar, Bleeding Gods / Shinigami / ex-Bloodphemy)
Joost van der Graaf (bass, I Chaos / ex-Dew-Scented)
Michiel van der Plicht (drums, ex-God Dethroned / ex-Toxocara / ex-Apophys)

Music videos were filmed for the tracks ‘Morbvs Propagationem’, ‘Deificvs’ and ‘Sempiternvs’. In addition, separate bass, drum and two guitar playthrough videos were also released for ‘Morbvs Propagationem’, while guitar and drum playthrough videos were issued for ‘Deificvs’. All nine clips can also be viewed below.

Eighth studio record Hadeon was released in January 2018 via Hammerheart Records.
