ARTILLERY Release Ninth Studio Album ‘The Face Of Fear’
November 16th, 2018

Danish thrash metal band Artillery issued ninth full-length studio album The Face Of Fear on November 16th, 2018 through Metal Blade Records.

The Face Of Fear was recorded during July and August 2018 at Medley Studios in Copenhagen, Denmark with producer Søren Andersen.

Søren Andersen commented: “Pure and raw! Some of the material of this album was originally written in the early 80s, and that inspired us to go old school this time. Not too many layers, just classic Artillery thrash metal. And Bastholm is better than ever on this one. This is a no-filler album, created together with the band. I’m really proud of the final result and I hope everyone will enjoy it as much as I do!”

A limited first edition of the album included two re-recorded bonus tracks; ‘Mind Of No Return’, which originally appeared on the band’s 1982 demo cassette We Are the Dead, and ‘Doctor Evil’, a cut from Artillery’s November 2013 outing Legions.
